I'm very limited w time n money. No gym for me. I've seem 20 lbs wt loss by doing Windsor Pilates beginner workout w the sculpting circle which I purchased the DVD on eBay purchased the circle at Walmart n Leslie sansone walk away the pounds which I bought at Walmart. Approx price for all was under $40. I'd say the workouts are about 20-30 mins. Perfect for a busy mom on the go.0

Hello! I'm 19 and I work full time in an office, however I recently got a new job where I'll end up walking several miles a day outdoors! Motivation is hard for me, especially when there is candy around. Hello all! At first I was really embarrased to post my height and weight but after seeing all the post by REAL PEOPLE I feel that I have nothing to hide. I'm looking for female friends that can relate. I'm a mother of 2 but have struggled with weight all my life. The lowest my weight has ever been was 135 in which I still felt that was too big. Currently I'm around 185 (haven't weighed in in a couple weeks) and it is time for a change. I do not want the scare and worries of diabetes and CHF. What I really want is to lose belly and thigh fat. Rock hard abs will never be mine and I'm fine with that. I just want to maintain a healty weight and possibly wear a strapless dress one day. I also want to be around to see my grandchildren and if I'm really blessed my great-grans. I just need that motivational voice to tell me I CAN DO IT! I don't want to feel alone anymore in this. GW: Don't have a specific target, but I guess maybe in my 130's. My goal is to wave without jiggly arms, walk without my inner thighs smushing each other, wear a single digit jeans, and lose that pouch! Currently, my arms have been toning up greatly and isn't jiggly anymore (yay), my pouch is almost gone, but my inner thighs seem to be literally the only place that isn't shrinking :huh: I do wear a size 9 now0
