Had an account for a while but have now been on my healthy eating campaign for two weeks and of course had my small cheat here and there but have kept it going. Today I'm finding it hard to keep motivated and continuing with it. Stomach feels empty and need healthy snacks to nibble on when i feel very hungry. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Well the ideas for healthy low calorie snacks I've come across are:
zero calorie jellos 6 packs
celery
carrots
cucumber
broccoli
low calorie fudge pops
I am trying to drink some hot tea when I feel the urge to snack coming on. I add a little sweet n low and it makes it sweet, but it's still calorie free.0 -

From another post I wrote:
Snacks Tried and Yummy:
8 whole wheat 'light' crackers with 2 Kraft fat-free singles
1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt (Greek is yummy), strawberries (yes, this is fruit), and 2 tbsp granola
1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt sweetened with 1/2 tbsp Billy Bee's honey
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt (yes, I love yogurt)
3 cups air-popped plain popcorn (so cool to make under a clear lid!)
1/4 - 1/3 cup trail mix - cashews, almonds, pistachios, sunflower/pumpkin seeds, and peanuts, unsalted
2 tsp nestle chocolate syrup in 1 cup 2% milk
Snacks I am going to try:
cashew butter
homemade frozen yogurt
*I find it important to add measures to whatever I'm eating because I'm a mindless eater My stomach doesn't connect with my body and brain quick enough!0
