In Women's Health magazine, I just read "Belly-Bloating Habits To Break".
Researchers at the University of Massachusetts analyzed the eating habits of 500 people and ID'd common behaviors that helped make them overweight. Here's how much these naughty moves bump up your chances of becoming obese:
Waiting more than 3 hours after waking up to eat breakfast: 43%
Eating out for more than a yhird of your meals: 69%
Going to bed on an empty stomach: 101%
Eating out for breakfast regularly: 137%
Not usually eating breakfast at all: 450%
Interesting, I never realized that going to bed on an empty stomach was really that bad. I know you shouldn't eat a sevin course meal, but still...

Wow, interesting!
I recently read that you should eat breakfast w/in 90 minutes, I wasn't sure how accurate it was. 3 hrs seems kind of long to wait. I might think 2 hrs might be a good medium.
The eating out kills ya! If the extra calories don't the high sodium levels will.
thanks for your post!0 -

WOW!! I thought you were supposed to go to bed on an empty stomach or at least with minimal food content. Do you have the link to the study?
