    After a terrible weekend of eating I was expecting a gain, so this is pretty exciting!

    Great challenge - weekends are definitely my downfall!

    SW today (4/9) - 204 - up a few pounds from Friday most certainly due to the Easter weekend meals!
    GW - 199 - back into one-derland as I saw someone put it!

    Okay- I totally forgot to weigh this morning (I know- it's only the first week and I'm already forgetting!!). I was going to weigh after work, but then I thought that would probably not be accurate. I'll weigh first thing tomorrow morning and check in then! Good job remembering to weigh in, everyone!! Have a wonderful week- remember to forgive yourself for not being perfect and to take things as they come. WE CAN DO THIS!

    I am new here and I didn't want to start in the middle but need a challenge to keep me accountable so thanks ..

    SW: 143 lbs

    GW: 120 lbs

    I am really trying to get down to 107 because that is when I felt the most comfortable with myself but for now that seems like too much of a goal so I will start with getting to 120 so I dont disappoint myself. Good luck all...we can do it :happy:

    I was out hiking most of the day yesterday and when I got home I was too tired to eat much, so I had success :-)

    fantastic job everyone! Even with the holiday most still had loss! That's fantastic! If you saw a gain, don't let it get to you. Just by logging it in here you are showing dedication and accountability. We are all here for each other, so keep up the encouragement! Good job everyone!

    And I am so glad I am still seeing people joining in the challenge. Remember, it doesn't matter when you start, just that you do. And if you forget sometimes, that's ok too. Just keep coming back! We will see our goals!

    The weekends and I have a love/hate relationship. I love the weekend for time off work and time with my kids. Hate because I always eat the wrong foods and too much of it!

    Ive been struggling with emotional eating.. Im having a hard time getting focused and I need to be!!!
