Okay- I totally forgot to weigh this morning (I know- it's only the first week and I'm already forgetting!!). I was going to weigh after work, but then I thought that would probably not be accurate. I'll weigh first thing tomorrow morning and check in then! Good job remembering to weigh in, everyone!! I am new here and I didn't want to start in the middle but need a challenge to keep me accountable so thanks ..

I am really trying to get down to 107 because that is when I felt the most comfortable with myself but for now that seems like too much of a goal so I will start with getting to 120 so I dont disappoint myself. Good luck all...we can do it :happy:0 -

The weekends and I have a love/hate relationship. I love the weekend for time off work and time with my kids. Hate because I always eat the wrong foods and too much of it!

Becker - hang in there. You've lost weight, you know what it takes. I have bad eating habits, even though I eat good food. I don't stop when I'm full, I eat out of boredom and to keep from doing other things. I'm trying to look at it as a change in behavior more than what I eat or don't eat.
I really believe it's my behavior that is the problem. Either way, I need to give up sugar and I just can't commit to that yet. It's a hard one for me. I'm sure I'm addicted to it.0 -

Hope I can lose a little this weekend but after several days of summer weather we're headed back to winter for a day or two. I do better when I can get out and do stuff. Will try to be strong. Would love to report a loss on Monday.
