This is my menu for tomorrow...

Breakfast: fat-free greek yog, no sugar jam, no added sugar peanut butter & blueberries

Snack: whey protein bar

Lunch: 2 wholemeal slices of bread, ham, LF cheese, salsa and salad

Snack: 2 wholegrain rice cakes with "choc spread" made with half scoop protein powder, bit of peanut butter & water

Dinner: turkey & cashew nut salad....lean turkey, chopped cashews and loads of veg

    Does it sound ok hun?? im struggling to get back on track after a funny few days. I've lost over a stone now and one stone left to go. Just need to get my motivation back and stop overanalysing everything i think :)

    not loads hun. They measure it out in the place i buy it from and i get the nutritional values from their website. But enough to fill me up definitely! xxx

    Yes i am attempting to! we have a cross trainer so trying to do that as much as i can (work very long hours but determined to fit it in). I just want this weight shifted now :)
