Hi to all, along with tryng to lose weight with proper diet I discovered an incredible inexpensive ($19.99 @ www.gymboss.com) tool, it's like having a coach in your pocket!!!! I am a walker and decided to kick it up a notch and train to run a 5k. I am not a runner and I'm 48 years old, but decided to give running a try to help me with my weight loss program. I figure if the people on the Biggest Loser show can do it, well why can't I. A friend at work recommended gymboss, she's a marathon runner and has found the gymboss invaluable for her training. You can put your training intervals into the gymboss and it will beep or vibrate when it's time to switch from running to walking. You enter the time for each based on your endurance and or training schedule you are following. Now I am only on my first week but I absolutely love this little gadget. No more looking at your watch constantly, the gymboss does all the work for you. And I am gadget challenged and this was very easy to operate. For all you wieght trainers out there this will work great for timing your sets and makaing sure you do not take long breaks between each set.
Just wanted to pass this info along, maybe it can help some of you keep up with your exercise without the hassle of looking at your watch all the time...Give it a try....DJ
