Wii Fit?

Hey guys,

Just got my hands on a Wii Fit with Balance Board and the Wii Fit Plus game. Can anybody suggest the best way to utilise this to tone my stomach, get the "thigh gap" which I discovered today and to tone my butt?

Any help would be appreciated!

  • I used the biggest loser games I lost 30lbs on the in about 3 months I did it 6 days a week for 2 hours. My body got use to the workouts so I changed it up to my fitness coach lost 10lbs on that one.
