Calories per day??!?

How many calories per day does everyone eat or try to stay under? I have about 90lbs to lose and I don't know if I'm eat too many calories or not.

My TDEE (which includes my exercise - I'm between moderately and very active) minus 750 calories to create an average weekly weight loss of 1.5 pounds. For me, this is a calorie range of 1,916 - 2,260. Alot of it is going to depend on your current weight and activity level. MFP has me set at 1670 calories to lose 2 lbs per week while my nutrionist has me 1480 calories to lose 2 lbs per week. I also workout 30-45 minutes per day 5 days a week. I rarely eat back my exercise calories and have had a pretty steady weightloss.0

I used this to calculate my calorie intake but I think its too many calories. I feel sooo overwhelmed. I don't know what to do :-\0 -
I simply go by what mfp has me set for, which is a little over 1500/day for a two pound loss a week. Personally, trying to juggle all the extra numbers makes it too complicated.0

I am on maintenance and eat 1,800 a day. Because of the workouts I do I can eat up to 2,100 or so on certain days though0
