Willpower

I have horrible willpower, but I have been trying. Usually my Easter weakness is Reeses peanut butter cups. Today I caved and bought a pack 50% off. I ate one and put the rest up high in the pantry. I feel OK with not having another on. It seems small but for me its big. I hope I can keep this up...

Good job. I buy ice cream and eat half then throw the rest in the garbage disposal. . . otherwise it drives me nuts. . .0

That's a great victory! Be proud of yourself! And trust me, the more you resist, the easier it gets. I have the same problem with pizza. Don't deprive yourself completely, but pace yourself when it comes to a weakness food.0

Thanks guys, made myself an egg white omelet for breakfast, packed a healthy lunch, and packed my gym bag so I have no excuses after work.
I appreciate the support.0
