I would change your goal to 1/2 lbs per week and look to incorpate strength training. Cardio is good for burning calories but not so much for fat loss.

Agree on the issue of water. 96oz a day isn't excessive -- especially as active as you are. Also agree with upping the calories -- especially at your height/weight/activity level. Lowering your metabolism is counter-productive to what you're trying to accomplish.

What is your macronutrient breakdown typically (carbs/proteins/fats)? What is your sugar and sodium intake typically?

Lots of water, eat closer to your BMR (according to the stats you just gave, your BMR is around 1545cal) and eat back your exercise calories.. Your BMR is the basic amount of calories you would need to function in a coma, so you are not eating enough to support your basic daily activities let alone working out as much as you do!

I know it seems silly, but if you work out hard and you're already a healthy weight, your body will try to hang on to fat.

I also agree about the water, GUZZLE!

You've only been really going at it for 3 weeks, your muscles are probably repairing themselves and retaining a lot of water, the scale is not your friend at this point, get yourself a tape measure. I added my bicep/waist/hips/thigh measurement to mfp so I can track them as well as my weight and take regular pictures!

If you would like to be friends, I'd like that :)

Sounds like you are not eating enough, with the amount you have to lose you should have a base more than 1200 calories. Here is a guide for setting weekly weight loss goals:
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.

I was eating 1200 and going to the gym (and eating exercise cals) and I lost 8lbs pretty quickly but I hit a plateau with no weight loss for over 4 weeks. I changed my MFP settings to lightly active and also that I wanted to lose 0.5lb a week and it automatically up'ed my cals to 1440 and in the first week I lost 2lbs.

I am not competent enough to know about this factually but from my experience, I agree with the other posters on drinking more. Also look at how active you actually are during the day, 1200 cals a day wasn't enough for me. Good luck :flowerforyou:

Try some new types of workouts...use some muscles that you haven't in awhile. I've been told to mix up my workouts every 6-8 weeks to get better workout.
