1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 dried dill
fat free sour cream
(1/4 cup skim milk to thin for dressing)

If you are making it for dressing thin it with the skim milk and pulse in the blender for about 30 seconds.
Enjoy!!

That sounds great, I have an easier and less fat/calorie one you can try as well- 16oz nonfat plain yogurt and 1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix from hidden valley farms. This has no fat and only 130 cals , amazing isn't it?

  • 16 oz fat free sour cream has 125 calories and has a better flavor. Also, this way you are guaranteed that it is gluten free. Some of the mixes on the market have wheat protein or flour added as a thickener.

Thank you! My son is addicted to ranch and wants to dip everything in it. He needs to lose about 20 lbs.

  • That sounds good too...I don't have a food processor, but it might work for others that do.
