Work out in the morning or night?

Does it matter what time you work out? Is there more benefits about working out in the morning? Is it bad to workout at night? Any feedback would be great. Thank you!

    The absolute best time to work out is the time that you will do it!!! If I tried to work out in the morning it would never happen. I work out right before dinner.

    i workout late night after 10pm... i havent had any bad results working out at night... get your work out i whenever you can no matter what time of day it is.

    I work out when I have the opprotunity. It's never the same time every day.
  • Thanks for the responses! I thought I heard something awhile back about working out at night doesnt show the same results. It is basically the only time I can do it! So it is good to hear that it doesnt matter when you work out
