Start date: 4/7 - 20 minute walk
I have missed simple walking, I hit the gym etc., but to take a nice early morning walk was divine this morning, so peaceful, so relaxing yet a good way to get in some quiet time along with a bit of healthy exercise.0 -

April, week 1: 95,514 Steps = 43.45 Miles = 3,374 calories
Daily Avg: 13,645 Steps = 6.21 Miles = 482 calories
I'm using the accelerometer on my iPod nano for the numbers.
For April my goal is 10k+/day and to try to break 200 miles and 450k steps.0 -

Well, Friends, I have a broken foot. Looks like another weak month for me on the walking. I'm afraid that the walking that needs to be done just to keep my family and home functioning is all I can manage.
