I can't believe that I've actually lost that much weight in such a short amount of time. It proves that it can be done. This is a long journey of making lifestyle changes. I still have another 64 lbs. to lose but I am working hard to lose it all. I have to thank my friends on here for all their support and motivation. They have been there for me through thick and thin.
