Getting back on track! Looking for friends!

I am back in the game and on a roll but I need support!

I just turned 40 on Monday and am a part-time working mom of one and wife.

I am doing Couch to 5K and JM 30 Day shred for now. But basically my goal is to do a series of 5K runs starting in June through November.

So I would love to share this journey with friends who are on the same path! I promise to be supportive and help motivate because I know how much it helps me.

    Couch to 5k sounds great - i did my own couch to 30 mile a week since January and MFP has been amazing :) feel free to add me!

    Hi there! SAHW&M - 34, well almost 35 yrs old - AHHH!

    I am on week 8 day 3 of c25k. Somehow after all of those weeks of running I've managed to mess up my left knee so may be slowing things down a bit. My goal is to transition into a half marathon training program after I've completed c25k.
