Hi all, I'm from Melbourne in Australia, and am almost there.... I've lost 6 kilograms (about 13 pounds) and am attempting to lose the last 5 so thought this would be a great way to help me along.

Its so lovely reading all your stories and I really applaud all of you for doing so well. I never thought I'd lose any weight as I was the creamy pasta and block of chocolate in front of the TV kind of person for a very long time, but it's lovely feeling healthier...Now, if I could just avoid those few easter eggs and keep going....:)

    Hi I'm from Leicester England. Nice to read your post. Good luck to you. Easter came and went and I didn't have so much as one egg. Now I am on here, and I will lose 7-8 lbs if it kills me!!! I know what you mean about sitting in front of the tv with snacks. Long gone now... My holiday in Cyprus is calling. :smile:
