Exercise in car?

Is there any exercises I can do while riding in the car? I have about 3 hours I'll be sitting in a car tonight and was wondering if there were any types of exercises I could do to be "active".

Did not know this, but I won't be driving plus we do not have a straight stick.0 -
I was thinking about doing some bicep/tricep work. I guess I can dance/fist pump in-between reps. Is there anything else I can do?

If you have enough space to move your legs, you can do leg lifts. Sit straight up, with your arms straight out in front, shoulder level. If you can't fully extend your arms, you can cross them, while holding your elbows out. Lift both knees to your chest (or as far as you can, given the space restrictions).0

Get about half a dozen fairly large rubber bands which you can use for resistance work on your forearms and biceps. More bands, more resistance. Less bands, less resistance.0

Thanks everyone! I will not be driving this time, but as I am a passenger in many car trips I should be able to use these tips a lot. Maybe even some for when I'm waiting in daily traffic that I deal with0

rib circles - horizontal and vertical, shoulder shrugs and circles,head circles (lapsed belly dancer here) belly all the way in and then all the way out ( if your sitting in the car nobody is going to see you), butt clenches,0
