My reason for not quitting (before/during)

Because I can see and feel a great difference in myself and my body. This gives me the push, the drive I need to keep going. 103.33lbs here I come.

What's working for me is my gym routine 6 days a week. I have a set routine each day. Since I have celiac I'm 100% gluten free. I no longer over eat and have learned correct portioning. I do eat LOTS of fruits and veggies and have a newfound love of salads and red grapes
