Anyone have them? I have some and I can't stand them, is there anyway to get rid of them without spending a ton of money at a dermatologist? Is there any type of supplement that I can take to help?

Thanks!

A couple, yeah. They're mildly annoying to me. As far as I know there are no supplements to remove, but have read they can actually be removed by cutting or shaving them off. I'm sure it would bleed for a bit.

I work where there is a nurse on site and she just cut mine off. Hurt like a b^&*h but was well worth it and yes it bleeds for a bit.

I have a small one that grows right on my neck, my doctor said to just clip it with a pair of nail clippers but make sure they are clean.

Dental floss. Google it for proper instructions....but I tied mine off with dental floss and then after about 5 days cut it off with a sterlized sissors. Seems the dental floss cuts off the blood supply , it gets brown/black and then it's safe to cut it off. Dr. OZ said it was okay to do this.....so I did!!

    BUMP
  • I had one on my inner thigh and I tied a bit of dental floss around it to cut off the blood supply. It dropped off after a few days.
