Hi Guys,
I have been running for the last 90 days 3miles every day (thinking it was 3km:) - Yes i know...funny...). The result with a proper diet was pretty good lost around 25 lbs.
I think i can go another 10 lbs.
Reading the forum it seems that i need to start to light heavy weights again.
How often do you do it ? 5times a week with cardio ? Or you just alternate? Do you do full body workout ? Or just 2 body parts a day ?
Thanks for you input/help !

Person I lift 3 times a week and run twice a week. Just try to find something that work for you0

3x a week. You could do cardio every day, but most like to alternate lifting/cardio days.0

On a good week I lift 3 days a week, run 3 days and take a day off. Sometimes though one of those runs doesn't happen...0

I lift 5x/week, 1-2 bodyparts at a time, with some cardio afterwards. Just pick something that you can maintain. I like mine spread out so I don't have to spend so much time in the gym each session.0

I lift four days a week, doing two upper body parts plus lower body each day. Monday and Thursay I do triceps and shoulders, along with squats, lunges, and some lying hip and butt work. On Tuesday and Friday I do biceps and back also with lower body work. I do abs 6 days a week and cardio 5-6.0

Lifting 3x week, 30-90 min of cardio daily (less on lift days, more on weekends when I have larger blocks of time). Cardio after weights for me. I need all the energy I can get for lifting.0

Same here. I do 3 weight-days that I finish with 30 of cardio, and 3 cardio-only days (60 minutes). One rest day.
