Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme Hybrid???

Hello all! Just wondering if anyone has tried the Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme hybrid program! Would it be better to start just doing Turbo Fire or Chalean Extreme first and THEN moving into a hybrid? Or jumping right into a hybrid? I have about 15 pounds to lose unless I can tone that fat up ;D What were your results like? Any input? Thanks :)

    They say you should always complete both programs first in full before doing a hybrid. I have done CLX and I'm currently doing TF. Once my 20 weeks are done (18 left) I will do the hybrid.

    I am currently doing Les Mills Pump and Insanity... But I did Insanity first! Hope this helps and good luck!

    I have done them both separately but not as a hybrid. You might actually get better results doing the hybrid???? Turbo is good for fat burning and CLX is good for strength, so you'd get the best of both worlds, really.

    I was doing only Turbo Fire for 7 weeks, lost 2-1/4" total: it was discouraging considering how hard I thought I was working :-( I decided to do a ChaLEAN Extreme/Turbo Fire hybrid and in 2 weeks, I have lost 1" already! I am halfway thru Week 3 today and I love it!

    I did not complete either program before I started the hybrid but I have been working out for years (fitness classes, pilates/yoga). For me, the hybrid is doing more than the cardio alone.
