Well I thought I was in good shape before I started Insanity but I have to say this program broke me down and built me up stronger than ever! I have about 3 weeks left and I'm hoping to be in great shape for the upcoming Spartan Race.
Where are you at in Insanity?

omg ,insanity is so hard ,i love it and it definantly pushes you to ur limits .i got a personal trainer and he said that for my goal i shouldn't be doing that so i stopped and now i hit the weights at the gym and do my yoga classes0

Me and Sean T broke up. I couldn't handle the abuse anymore. I plan on getting counselling and maybe working things out with him.0

Oh my!! You are awesome to do Insanity. I done the p90x and loved it and thought I would try Insanity...BaaaHaaa!! It kicked my booty. I am now doing different On Demand fitness TV to target different muscles daily. Keep up the great work.:glasses:0

Tony Horton is a good way to get over Sean for a bit!0 -

Im on the last 2 weeks of month 2. I love it. Im not athletic and before Insanity I did no running and all that jumping stuff. But not I enjoy running and Im in better shape. I havent had the drastic results everyone talks about as far as my weight goes because I wasnt eating right when I first started. But I really see a difference in my stamina and strength. I look forward to doing my second round but not until I take a break from it for about a month. "Im smiling because I love it" lol0

I do miss the weight training! Once Insanity is over I will be heading back to Tony!0 -
I am on week 3 day 3. Not seeing the results that I would like on the scale but I can feel my body changing and my clothes are fitting better. I was very skeptical at first because I have never liked workout dvd's, but I love insanity. I feel great at the end of every workout. Sweaty and very tired...but great!0

I am a few minutes away from doing day 2 of month 2.
I loved month 1, but I am worried that month 2 is going to kiss my @ss!
I am just going to keep pushing each day. I already can tell I have more muscle and my body is stronger.
I cant wait to see my end results.
I know what you mean. To start one of the new DVD's and see the time line on the bottom start at 55 mins makes your knees weak! But it is nice to have all new moves. I never knew there were so many different ways to do push ups.
Have fun with it!0 -
Finished it and went to 30ds. Now back at round 2. We have a love hate relationship. Just have to keep pushing. Im planning on rocking some short shorts and bathing suit this summer.0

I love Insanity! I start week 2 of the second month tomorrow, and I can tell a huge difference in how I feel! I also have noticed huge changes in my body. Totally worth it for me!0

I'm thinking jumping to the other side of the fence and trying out Jillian Michaels, just as abusive but not as long. I'll check out Tony Horton though. TY0 -
I'm in my first week....this is a "so me" program, I love it already! I can't wait to see the end results!0

Just an added note, my wife won't try Insanity but bought Turbo Fire and is really like it. I tried it but felt lost... LOL... too much like dancing!0 -

Y'all are making me LOL! Love it!0 -
I'm in my final week of Insanity (round 3) :laugh:0

I did the Fit Test and almost threw up three times... and last night I did my first workout with the Plyo Cardio Circuit and I thought I was gonna collapse. I hate Shaun T, but I also sorta love him because he made me push harder and keep going even though I really wanted to hit STOP.
I'm doing a hybrid with ChaLean Extreme so I'll have another date with Shaun on Thursday. I'm interested to see how the relationship develops and changes me. :bigsmile:0 -
Im in Month 2 week 3 and love it!! Its def the hardest workout ive ever done but im happy with the results im seeing Gonna do P90X next and then the Insanity/P90X hybrid0

Shaun and I are in an abusive relationship but for some reason, I keep coming back for more.0

I completed 4 straight rounds of Insanity (8 months) before moving on to Asylum and running. Now that I am sidelined from my marathon training I am currently doing a sort of hybrid of Insanity and P90X. Shaun T. has been great for me. I could never break up with him completely.
Stick with it. You won't be sorry!0 -
You guys are animals! Just finished a round of P90x and snuck in some insanity for doubles. Shaun T def can bring it. Just started P90x2. Will probably do a round of insanity when I'm done. Good luck to everyone, that program is no joke.0
-
I have completed it twice I will never stop doing it completely because every time I do any other workout I find myself comparing it to Insanity. I am currently doing Turbo Fire and every so often just for fun we will throw in an Insanity.0

I'm on day 3 of my first round. I knew I was out of shape, but whew! it's workout and a half. I can barely make it through the warm-ups! LOL! Love Shaun T...he keeps me motivated to not give up. My muscles are so sore the last two days I can barely walk up the stairs in my house. Can't wait to see a different me in 57 days!0

I don't really like following instructions, so I just kinda mix and match depending on how I feel - I might even skip a few days and then I'll go crazy with Ab Ripper X to start and then pick something from Insanity level 2 that will give me a nice long workout. There was a while there where I had to work up to level 2, and after taking a month off, I had to start back on Level 1 again. But that stuff really works wonders.
I just recently started a new martial art class, and the instructor likes to gauge how "hard core" new students are on their first day by making the (~10 min) class warmup seem hard (pushups, squats, situps). Even as lax as I've been with p90x and Insanity, it was totally doable (at least not the last person in the class to finish). He thought his 10 min warmup was hard core, but after doing Insanity for a couple of weeks, 10 mins is nothing... you're like, is that all?0 -
day 39 here, going to do Max Recovery today for the first time Hope it's not too hard! LOVING INSANITY so far!!!! My endurance is better now too and i'm getting stronger0
