Dance workouts

I'm looking for workouts that are, or incorporate, dancing. I did some googling and searching on YouTube, and all I found were workouts for dancers (though the workouts themselves didn't have any dance in them) and previews for classes or DVDs. I'd like to focus more on strength training than cardio, so I'd like to try some ballet-style workouts. Are there any podcasts, YouTube channels, or websites that someone can suggest? I'd prefer not to buy DVDs because I would like something that updates on a regular basis (or has a lot of videos) so I don't get bored, and I don't want to spend a lot of money on a bunch of DVDs. And, I am aware of Zumba, and will give it a go, but want to try other things as well. Can anyone suggest any free Zumba resources?

If you want a good dance workout then you have to spend money. Turbo fire is great but it does have a lot of choreography in it and at times you might get confused and discouraged because it is hard. Zumba is also great, you can buy a copy on ebay at a lower cost then buying it directly through their website. Also, zumba on the wii and just dance for the wii as well.0

you could always join a dance studio and take beginner ballet/dance classes. that may be the best option if that is the type of workout you're looking for.0

Netflix streaming has a few dance type workouts: Try searching on "Crunch" or 10 Minute Solutions"
Redbox rents Wii & XBox games ..... Just Dance is available .... no Zumba yet
Free Jazzercise here: http://www.scvtv.com/yourscv/jazzercise-current.html
Collagevideo.com is a great place to preview workouts. Video clips & reviews help you weed out "too hard" "too easy" etc.0 -
Thanks for the suggestions, everyone. I am a ballroom dancer, so I obviously enjoy dancing and I don't think I'd have any problems with moves or choreography. Ballroom just doesn't scream "workout" to me, you know? I'll look into taking classes at a studio, but I'd prefer to do something at home because I don't have a lot of extra time or money.0
