Worried about eating the wrong foods.

Hi guys,

I am fairly new at this. I am vegetarian and a little worried I might be eating the wrong foods...
I am eating 1400 cal a day now, but am not sure if I am eating the right foods.

Could someone check my diary and see if I am doing anything wrong? Just a little worried.

    I'm not overly familiar with eating as a vegetarian but I would suggust lots of protein- eggs (you already eat), greek yogurt, beans, nuts (especially almonds), peanut butter, veggie burgers, and definitely protein shakes if you're able to. Healthy/complex carbs- whole wheat breads and pastas, brown rice, fruit, etc. And LOTS of vegetables! :)
