    Best part is feeling better in general. Being able to take the stairs without some heavy breathing right afterwards is something I've definitely noticed! It is also nice to look at my swimsuit and not feel disqusted about having to put it on. I actually look forward to my nephews birthday so I can swim with him and not have to wear a t-shirt and shorts in the pool!! :)
