Hello, I am also new and 100 pounds seems like a long way off. I keep telling myself that next year is coming regardless if I make the change or not, and I'd rather be smaller and healthier. 2 pounds a week just seems so slow!
I am thankful that I love healthy food (for me it's all about portion control). So far, I am working on finding foods that fill me up and satisfy cravings without over-indulging. I am also trying to find hobbies and diversions away from eating (any ideas?)
I am looking forward to the nicer weather and having more opportunities to be outside...at least until the Oklahoma summer gets going.0 -
I'm 5'2" and I *had* over 100 pounds to lose when I started. Now I only (<--- LOL) have 94 pounds left to lose, but I think that's pretty close. Feel free to add me. :flowerforyou:0
