I have a question about side planks. I have people do side planks with the arm that supports them straight and I have seem it done with the support arm bent(so their resting on their forearm and elbow). Any thoughts one which way is better/ challenges the muscles more?

I've done both and feel that when I am down on the elbows it is way more challenging than on my palms.....You have less muscle doing MORE work and you are isolating the upper arms and chest.....in my opinion.0
