Can you feel the difference?

About two months ago, I decided to once and for all get on this weight loss journey. I've managed to lose about 16 pounds (yay!). I overhauled my diet and I exercise six days a week. The weight loss is great and all, but what I've noticed the most is that i feel SO much better. I used to take one to two hour naps every afternoon because I just couldn't keep myself awake or I'd always be 'sick' with something, or this or that would be aching. Now, nothing hurts, unless I've really pushed myself hard through a workout. I don't crave the crap I used to. I can eat a normal portion of food and feel full. And most important of all, I've managed to put a stop to the emotional eating, for now.
How different do y'all feel? :flowerforyou:

I really feel so much better. I had a baby at 39 yrs old, then waited almost 3yrs to get the final weight off, I also quit smoking and began healthy eating. In the six months since I began my journey, I have become a runner and i love it. after 28yrs of smoking, who'd have thought I could run? Not me.
But I can, and I do , and I always will, from now on.
I love this site and the friends I've made really inspire me to be better everyday.0
