I hear it's all the rage, after bellydancing and Zumba.

But how embarrasing is it, that I'm borrowing the shoes FROM MY DAUGHTER.

    I just did one of those classes to it was called modern day fitness. and let me tell you i have new respect for strippers, those moves and sliding down those poles is hard as hell. good luck, be ready for some bruises on your legs

    I actually just started pole classes myself. They're so fun, and a great workout. It's something I've aways wanted to do, so I'm really looking forward to them!

    I did one of those classes too ! OMG it was so hard ! My arms and legs were black and blue ... I was full of bruises! It is very fun though :bigsmile:

    I've been going to a Pole Fitness class a couple times a month and I LOVE it. It's my favorite new way to work out. I just with it was more affordable and I could go more. The first couple times I went I was so sore I could hardly move my arms for a couple days afterward. The key is to not think about who else is in the room and just go for it and have fun.
