    I am doing zumba for my excercise but can not find it to log it. How do I find it?

      i log it at one of the dance ( something thing twist)

      I log it as this......
      Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist
      I do an hour of Zumba, but I only log 40 minutes because I don't wear an HRM and don't want to go overstate the burn. It seems to be working.

      i know last night was my first time and i have it on the WII i tried the warm up and the first 5 min killed me but i pushed to 10 and had to quit!!

      I created/added my own exercise (Zumba) since I do it regularly and then log whatever calories my bodybugg says I burned.

      I also added my zumba workouts and then added the calories i burned. You can go to zumbacalories.com and it will calculate your calories burned based on weight, time and intensity of workout!! Hope this works

      By the way...I love Zumba..i do it everyday in my garage!!

      I love Zumba. I use my calorie counter to calculate what I burn.
      I do a 60 minute zumba class with the best instructor. Keep
      it up, it's the best workout you can get and it's fun:happy :happy:

      I do aerobics, general, low-impact. I choose low-impact so I don't over estimate calories burned. So far it seems to be working.
