Hey friend! How funny, I was just going to post the same question. I love dancing and thought this looked fun. I was thinking of checking ebay for it

I've seen the advert for it. Looks like fun. I'm not buying the lose inches around your waist in so many weeks guaranteed though as I have done Insanity 3 times and not ripped as the adverts promised  :laugh:0

I liked it. I didn't go through the whole program, but if you like dancing it is for you. I enjoy the cardio sessions on the days I don't feel like trekking to the gym. It's definitely not for intermediate or advanced fitness levels though. I am breathing hard during the level 2 cardio, but I still can go. I got mine for the cheap on EBAY. As I will be starting Insanity in a month, I will be giving my copy away to a friend. My stomach is still big, so I can't attest to the claims on the chiseled abs.0

You probably saw that have been doing it. I did it several years ago and fell in love with it! If you follow along like you are supposed to for the 30 days, it can really make a difference. I may be biased because I was a dancer and I love cardio...but it just really makes it seem like less of a workout and more fun, but you still get great results.0

I was looking into it for after I finish Body Revolution. I'm going to do a lifting program but also want to be sure to include some cardio. I'm not expecting the results they talk about on the infomercial but was more hoping for something fun that didn't really feel like a workout. I love doing Dance Central on the Kinect so it sounds like something I'd like.
Thank you for the feedback from everyone!!!0 -

Yep, exactly what I'm going for!!!0 -
It was okay for me. I find that I am an intensity junky. It wasn't intense enough for me. Just my humble opinion...0
