    my weigh in day is Sunday and I do it first thing in the morning..

    Friday morning, but I know a lot of people that do it monday to keep them motivated to not mess up their weekends :)

    I weigh my self what ever day. But i want to get on a schedule so maybe Fridays!!

    Thursday - then and damage from the weekend before will have been mitigated, and hopefully it wasn't bad enough to ruin the coming weekend !

    1st of evry month. I do weigh myself more than that but my official day is the 1st. It gives me the opportunity to balance out my bad days or re-examine my workout schedule. I know that I am in the minority. I guess its whatever works for you.

    everyday in the am like most after potty break before everything else..
  • I weigh myself daily. Several times per day :/ I weigh myself when I wake up. I weigh myself after I nurse baby after she wakes up. I weigh myself after I shower and exercise. I weigh myself at the very end of the day to see the difference between my lowest and highest. I usually take my lowest weight during the week as the weight I log.

    I have been posting it on Thursday, don't know why, but am going to change it to Sunday to sync with my Fitbit weekly reset.

    Monday because that is the day I went to the Dr and go back every Monday. I do weigh my at home but that scale is so off it just makes me feel good to see a low number even though I know it's not right.

    Weigh everyday after I wake up, naked with an empty bladder..but I do not obsess about the numbers because there are so many variables.
