            my weigh in day is Sunday and I do it first thing in the morning..0

            Tuesday... That's what day I officially started (this time and the last time!!), that's what day I keep:-)0

            Thursday - then and damage from the weekend before will have been mitigated, and hopefully it wasn't bad enough to ruin the coming weekend !0

            1st of evry month. I do weigh myself more than that but my official day is the 1st. It gives me the opportunity to balance out my bad days or re-examine my workout schedule. I know that I am in the minority. I guess its whatever works for you.0
