I started the diet a week ago and was seeking others that are doing it or have done other diets or workouts from Jackie Warner.

  10 pounds in 10 days? Sounds insane and like you'd just put the 10 pounds back on in 20 days. But whatever floats your boat @__@

  I only "know" Jackie Warner from watching a couple of her programs but I cannot believe that she is selling books that are based on such ridiculous 'sells' as this.
