    I have been posting it on Thursday, don't know why, but am going to change it to Sunday to sync with my Fitbit weekly reset.

    Monday because that is the day I went to the Dr and go back every Monday. I do weigh my at home but that scale is so off it just makes me feel good to see a low number even though I know it's not right.

    Weigh everyday after I wake up, naked with an empty bladder..but I do not obsess about the numbers because there are so many variables.

    I weigh myself every day or every other day (just because I'm obsessed with it), but my official recording day is Friday morning after I wakeup and potty. :smile:

    i weigh in twice a week, Monday & Thursday. Helps keep me focused going into the weekend and knowing I need to weigh in on Monday keeps me from overdoing it (most of the time) on the weekends.

    I couldn't image weighing myself everyday. What a mind F. Your weight can fluctuate 3lbs or so in 24 hours so no way Jose. Every Tuesday morning, within 10 minutes of waking, before even water to drink and after potty time. tmi? lol:blushing:

    Daily first thing when I get up - naked after a wee and log it whenever there is a change but mainly when it goes down!!

    Friday morning, in birfday suit, after numero uno and dose....


    The wife and I go out or order in dinner that night, and have a few snacks, n watch our pvr'd shows, and enjoy ourselves in moderation of course.

    Then its back to the norm the rest of the week!

    Makes for a nice reward!!
