Can you make instant pudding with Almond milk?? I just ran out of skim milk

Hi,
I only use Almond milk and I use it in anything you would normally use dairy milk.0 -
It won't set up as well, so it tastes fine but you'll have a runny texture. I recommend reducing the amount of milk to pudding when using almond. I've also folded in lite cool whip to help compensate for the texture & it makes it sort of mousse-like.0

I would think it would work well, maybe add a little something to firm it up. I'm vegan, so I always make pudding w/o "real" milk. I usually use soy milk, though, so I can't vouch for results with Almond. Good luck! : )0
