Turbo Fire Almost 1 month in

So I am a new mom my son will be 4 months on the 19th and before starting turbo fire I was running 5 to 6 miles a day about 4 to 5 times a week (Started that at about when the little one was 2 months), I was losing a pound a week. I am stuck at 133, and would like to get back to 125. Now that I have started turbo fire I haven' t lost any weight. :/ I'm getting stronger. So I am thinking of incorporating running on the days that are only 20 min Hit workout. Any thoughts?

Hi! Do you follow the Turbofire schedule? I also have turbofire as my exercise but I don't have the time and strength to follow it everyday. I only do it every other day, and planning to do my running in between that. I only choose which class I want depending on how tired I am from work that day but mostly the 55 EZ, 45 Fire and 30 Fire if I'm really tired. :) And then I stick to my 1200 cal/day. Last week was 1380 cal/day, did turbofire 4x (I think) and I lost 4 lbs in a week. This week I started including the treadmill in between.

Is turbo fire a strength workout? If so you should modify it thru out the week :)

I follow the turbofire schedule as it is, but to be honest I don't keep track of my food intake. But I can tell you I really don't eat very much I am always running around. I don't eat red meat nor do I drink any juices or soda. I eat 1egg, 1 piece of turkey bacon, 1 slice of wheat toast and coffee for breakfast, later in the day half a grapefruit 6-12 almonds water...
Get my drift. I eat, well at least I think I eat well. So I am thinking of just running on the days that I have time until I lose this weight :/

Sounds like you have the right idea.
As long as you are getting proper nutrition and aren't putting your body in starvation mode.
  • When I was doing TurboFire, followed the schedule. I may not have done it everyday, but I went in order. If you don't have the energy to get through, just modify! Go at your own pace!
