On March 12, 2012, I reached a goal I had set 10 1/2 months prior. On April 25, 2011, I weighed 351 lbs and as of today, I weigh 197 lbs. I haven't weighed under 200 lbs in over 15 years (freshman year of high school). Here is a photo showing my progress (note: the first picture was taken in October 2010 and that was the "best" before picture I had) from start to finish.

    GREAT JOB! I hope to emulate your success :) My first goal is 220, second goal is 190, ultimate goal is less than 150 (?) not sure how far I will go, but at least there...
