Two things actually! First off, I'm into week 7 and have found I can run for 25 minutes non stop! WOW!

But for me the real winner of the day was I ran past my boyfriend on my run (he'd snuck up the beach with our other dog whilst I took the fitter one along for my run). When I got back in later from the run he said when he was watching me from a distance, he wasn't 100% sure it was me because the runner he was watching seemed taller - yep, that was my being all lean with a nice running posture lmao! I'm gonna burn those pounds one run at a time!
