Can anyone help... if you are weight training and have a protein shake, do you add it to your calorie intake or not? Ive just started and its almost 110 cals for a protein shake so its taking a lot of calories each day. Just need some advice from the fantastic mfp's

Definitely! I mix mine with water so it come out to just under 100 cal. You can just create it as a new food in your diary, especially since the Nutritional Info is on the back (thats what I did!).0

you are eating it so you have to add it to your calorie intake. then put in your exercise calories.0

Of course, anything with calories should be added to your food intake-0
