Protein Shakes -- Can you help

Can anyone help... if you are weight training and have a protein shake, do you add it to your calorie intake or not? Ive just started and its almost 110 cals for a protein shake so its taking a lot of calories each day. Just need some advice from the fantastic mfp's

    Definitely! I mix mine with water so it come out to just under 100 cal. You can just create it as a new food in your diary, especially since the Nutritional Info is on the back (thats what I did!).
  • you are eating it so you have to add it to your calorie intake. then put in your exercise calories.
