My get up and go...

Has got up and gone this morning:sad: !! Only been exercising for 2 bloody days and im aching all over, ive pulled my shoulder, and my neck hurts.. obviously ive overdone it on the abdominiser thinking im wonder woman. Im grumpy cause my neighbour woke me up early this morning with her music and i just cant be a3sed at all!! Plus think its "ladies time" soon lol (sorry if tmi). Soooo i need a kick please or a telling off otherwise i think il just curl up in bed and not do this today bork!! xx

    Give the abs a rest today! Go for a walk or run! And after you work out, allow yourself a piece of dark chocolate for your TOTM. :)

    Yeh i think il get dressed (as still in pj's eeesh!).. and go and take Button my gorge choc lab out on the field behind my house. xxx

  • I'm no guru, but I say switch out your routine. I started with walking, then got a bike, then got some dumbbells and a resistance band. Whatever you do you should keep it from getting boring. Even walking a route in the reverse direction is better than doing nothing.
