Creatine and Protein

Im deployed and trying to work out a lot to pass time, trying my best to learn about supplements and curious about the subject two. When should I take Creatine? Post workout? How many protein shakes should I comsume in one day and when should I take the shakes?

    It's common to take creatine post workout. As far as how many shakes per day, focus on protein grams per day. Try to get the majority of protein from whole food. The best time for a shake is post workout too.

    As above, aim for around 5g creatine post workout. Just use shakes to make up your protein allowance after all whole foods have been considered. Whole food sources are always going to be more nutrient dense.
