I am trying to loose 40 pounds by June....Going on a trip to Niagra falls and want to look sexy on my motorcycle.
I have more than 40 to loose but I figured start with a small goal first.0 -
I've lost 38 pounds so far on this program and it's a life saver. The best part about it is that my wife and daughter are working on it as well, they too have lost over 18 + each so far and this is only in the past 3 months since we've been on it. It's all about portion control and knowing what you are eating. In true reality you are almost eating as if you were a diabetic. You watch all your sugars and grains.0

I'm going for 50 more pounds (lost 30 so far from my heaviest). Best part is my wife is finally wanting to join my efforts and drop 30 in 90 days.0

I love myfitnesspal, too! I use the website and the app. Before, I thought losing weight was never going to happen and was so hard.. This app has changed my life. I am on my second week and I am already down 7 pounds.. It feels absolutely amazing. I even got two of my friends to start using the app so we can encourage each other.0

I want to lose AT LEAST 72lbs - but in the long run I would like to lose more than that. My first major league goal is to be under 300lbs - even by 1 pound. I'm having fun - I'm focused like a laser - and I have never failed at losing weight because I have never given up trying.
