HI, so what are your goals, I use MFP to keep my nutrition on point, Im a soldier currently serving in afghanistan fitness and nutrition has been the center of my life for a good long while I really enjoy getting on here, logging my food and then scrolling through posts on here offering advice on training and nutrition, ive spent endless hours reading thousands and thousands of pages from fitness and sports nutrition enclycopedias and passing on what I know to others is something I truly enjoy, if you ever want advice or tips for yourself or any friends by all means hit me up Id love to help0

Hello! You can add me!! I use MFP for weight loss. I have terrible eating habits, and I know this. Its a long process, but I'm working on weeding out the crap and bring in the good stuff! I'm always open for new friends as the more people I have, the more accountable it makes me to eat right and eat clean!0

I put on a stone in my last relationship and my self esteem has been so low since! I recently develouped asthma due to smoking so i quit and put on another 3lbs. But then once i was over all the withdrawel ect i realised how much fitter i am! I am loving being able to enjoy exercising and doing more of it!! I feel like now i have a chance to loose all the weight i put on and really start enjoying life again!
I'm finding MFP really usefull in tracking my calories and excerise!! An now am hoping to meet friends too!
I'd love to get more advice and tips on using excersice to get fit!0
