I think some of it is make up since in the show she is supposed to be 10 yrs older...0

I read that she's been battling a severe sinus infection?! I still think she gorgeous. I feel bad for her that people in the media are ripping her apart.0

That is the most awesome article I have seen by a celebrity in a LONG time!0 -
I have always respectedher and liked her acting, but WOW! That was awesome.
I may need the dictionary for some of the words she used, though! :ohwell:0 -

That's a really douche-y question and you should feel ashamed of your shallowness and small minded interest in nonconsequential matters.
Good thing for you you aren't famous so people don't pick you apart ans highlight your multitude of flaws the way you picked on one minor, nearly unnoticeable thing about a gorgeous, smart woman you likely couldn't hold a candle to.
On a fitness website at that. Pointing out shallow **** like that. People amaze me. Good lord.0 -
Btich called me thick and curvy, that's what happened.0

Thissss. I hate how misogynistic views are passed onto women themselves, stop ****ing judging people on the way they look. What the hell were you thinking with this OP?0 -

No...on the first episode it said on the computer with the French-based CIA people that she was born in 1968. That's how old she is in real life.0 -

Actually I wan't being douche-y....her face has changed and I was wondering if it was a medical condition or if she was ill? Which would be horrible!!!! Don't be so quick to judge someone. I can see by your responses that you all saw the Ashley Judd interview and ASSUMED that I was accusing her of having plastic surgery or some type of vanity procedure. Actually NO I wasn't. She physically looks different and I was wondering if there was an underlying illness.
Just as if you would work with a co-worker for a number of years and suddenly their physical appearance changed drastically. It is natural to wonder what is wrong.
Good god people, don't be so harsh, self righteous and judgmental. As if your crap never has stunk.0 -
Maybe it was something about the way you phrased your question? "Puffed up like a blowfish"?0

Women can be vicious when it comes to their opinions of other women. And what's worse NOW is that it's very prevalent with teenage girls and texting.

You are doing exactly what she is asking people not to do.0

Didn't see her interview. Don't watch TV. Didn't read the Huffington Post whatever it is. OP, your original post, even after your edit was douche-y I stand by that. Your focus was on what you viewed as deficits in her appearance. My response was based on what I view as deficits in your behavior and outlook on other people. Given that several people on a fitness site like this may struggle with body image issues, I found your post, and the title of the thread to be more than a little insensitve and rude. Again, I stand by that and no amount of backpedalling and claiming you were just worried about her health would convince me otherwise.0

Here's what Ashley Judd has to say about your question, OP. It made me love her even more.
"I matured into the understanding that good and bad are equally fanciful interpretations. I do not want to give my power, my self-esteem, or my autonomy, to any person, place, or thing outside myself. I thus abstain from all media about myself. The only thing that matters is how I feel about myself, my personal integrity, and my relationship with my Creator. Of course, it’s wonderful to be held in esteem and fond regard by family, friends, and community, but a central part of my spiritual practice is letting go of otheration. And casting one’s lot with the public is dangerous and self-destructive, and I value myself too much to do that." Well said, Ashley Judd!!0 -

Would you ask your co-worker "What's up with your face?" I seriously hope not. It seems that you are just trying to save face after being called out by so many people for your rude post.0 -

So true this is why I'm very hesitant to call a woman my "friend" women are so quick to judge other women soley on how we look, and for myself having a soon to be teenager it scares me,the last thing I want to hear is how some other girls made comments about her appearance and how to explain to her that girls are negative towards other females,it really is shameful.0
