    Good Morning!

I saw a nutritionist for a few sessions and she suggested the following items for my weekly shopping. (I eat very little meat, so you'll notice an absense of poultry or other meats). Truthfully, this is not all I put in my cart, but I'm working towards choosing these more often.... maybe it'll be a helpful start for you? They're almost all items from the periphery of the store, with less focus on the packaged items found in the aisles. The fruit & veg are just things I like, could of course be subbed for almost any fruit & veg you prefer.
