Please can my diary be checked?

I've already had a bit of help putting my diary together. Been doing it for 25 days straight now, and I just want to see if I'm on the right track? (Not trying to lose a LOT of weight, just a slight change over a few weeks for me)

Thank you :)

    Looks pretty good, number-wise.

The only thing I might suggest from a health point of view (and this is just something I'd do personally, not as a global requirement) is to substitute some of those nesquiks for an apple, or grapes etc. Still getting a sugar fix, just a little healthier and more nutritious :)

Oh and check your BMR (Tools > BMR) and make sure you're not eating under it consistently day-to-day. Most people sit around 1300ish+. Don't forget we're talking net calories here, so your full calorie intake minus what you "burnt" with exxercise - that number should be > than BMR

thank you :) i actually completely agree with you. i always used to have pieces of fruit, but we suddenly got nesquik in the house. so just taking advantage for the time being!

Beautiful, and I am very critical of diaries when people ask me to look at them. I think your after work out chocolate milk is fine. :)

Are you logging all of your water intake? I would difficult increase if not, only went back a week and saw 3 cups of water was the most you took in per day in the last week.

Also, drinking more water would be beneficial:)

Oh, and tracking your calcium may be an idea because it becomes important for women once they hit menopause to stop osteoporosis development, and the stronger bones you can develop while you're young, the more "bone reserve" you've got in terms of bone that can cope with a bit of density loss.

awesome, thanks :) i'm just slightly concerned that this diary will only cause me to maintain my weight and not lose it. need to lose SOMETHING before my holiday June 11th! And oh yes, i always forget to log my water, but I probably should drink a little more!
