What's working for me is my gym routine 6 days a week. I have a set routine each day. Since I have celiac I'm 100% gluten free. I no longer over eat and have learned correct portioning. I do eat LOTS of fruits and veggies and have a newfound love of salads and red grapes0 -
Great progress so far! BTW...that green looks FABULOUS on you!

Thank you. You know, I honestly wasn't going to do before pictures. Let alone post them. But, then I thought, there's no since in being ashamed. I'm working hard to change that body. Might as well show off the hard word I've accomplished.0 -

Honestly? I just changed my style of eating. No fast food, no gluten (I have celiac), I eat normal portions, I made sure I don't over eat. I drink a TON of water every day. And, I go to the gym 6x a week. So far, so good.0
