Low Cal/Low Fat Ranch Dressing

We all know that ranch dressing isn't the best for you. But let's face it - some things are just better with ranch! And some salads would be weird if you put a vinegarette on it... buffalo chicken salad, for example

Anyway, I found this recipe and made it over the weekend. It turned out great! I used whole milk so you could probably cut the calories and fat even further if you use lowfat or skim. When I created the recipe I said that it makes 7 servings (3 tbsp each) to be on the conservative side but it may turn out to be more than that!

1 cup (8 oz) non-fat plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix

Mix all ingredients together thouroughly and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour to thicken.

Cals (for 3 tbsp): 44
Fat: 1
Sugar: 2
