I got one! The best running song I have come across is called "One Foot" by Fun. It gets me through when i'm running!

Those are just a few that I love to do my walk/jog intervals to.

Chaiyya Chaiyya (Bollywood song--movie is Dil Se)

...of course I'm at work where I don't have my playlist, but those are all on my "walking" list.

At this very moment, Avenged Sevenfold and Five Finger Death Punch.
  • Recent obsessions:

    Talk that Talk - Rihanna
Turn me On - David Guetta ft. Nicki Minaj
    Tonight - Enrique Iglesias

I listen to a lot of Bollywood music during my workouts too - they have really amazing beats and rhythms that I can pace myself with. If you're interested just let me know I can send you a list!

A7X ftw. I think a big thing for me is finding songs at tempos I can time my reps or running to. Lots of metal in my playlists. Aggression is good for me. Tool's Undertow and their demo album are great for this.

Marilyn Manson - The Beautiful People, 1996, and especially Irresponsible Hate Anthem
  • I listen to Podrunner podcasts when running. Gets me going!!

:noway: Oh Wow, Where do I begin....
First I am a radio announcer so literally I love all music

Second I am a child of the 80's so I can't really leave behind ANY and ALL 80's music

I especially love my Hair Metal...Van Halen, Sammy Hagar, Motley Crue, Poison....Aerosmith

but I also love my Michael Jackson and Madonna and Old "New Wave" music $any and all Classic Rock.

I am a HUGE fan of Five Finger Death Punch right now! Their version of Bad Company doesn't get any better as far as remakes go! Just sayin!

I have to say I usually run to the Foo Fighters. Monkey Wrench is excellent when you're getting to the 'I'm going to die' stage and gets you going again but having seen some other cracking tunes on here I may jiggle the ipod around a bit!

    Master of Puppets by Metallica...
  • Here is a great website for music to work out with. A lot of good playlists and ideas. Plus it has the beats per minutes listed. It was the greatest when I was looking for some new songs to use while running.
